Multidisciplinary Cabaret of Circus Women

This format arises from the need to highlight and advocate for the role of women within the circus world. We love our profession and want to occupy a space in it in a professional and recognized manner. We train, practice, and explore various performing arts languages, bringing a new perspective to the circus: a feminine perspective. That is why we come together, to combine our strengths and create this show conceived from a feminine viewpoint, but for all audiences. A show that introduces new languages, distancing ourselves from the taboos and prejudices that have accompanied us for years.

Violetas is a proposal that goes beyond: an explosion of circus disciplines filled with color, risk, movement, humor, and, above all, a love for the circus.

“Violetas” is a multidisciplinary circus cabaret of women. The idea for this format arises from the need to give visibility to the figure of women within the circus context. We love our profession and want to have a place in it, professionally. We train, experiment with different languages, and provide the circus with a new feminine perspective.
